| Leírás | Pozsony Maraton és Félmaraton - Szlovákia Bratislava Marathon Basic information Organizer: BE COOL, Ltd., in cooperation with Bratislava – The Capital of the Slovak Republic and BKIS (Bratislava Culture and Information Center) Place: Bratislava, the Slovak Republic Start: March 27, 2011 (Sunday) at 10a.m. IMPORTANT: Mind the change from winter to summer time at night from March 26 to March 27, 2011!!! The time will change one hour forward! Route length: Marathon (42,195 km) Marathon and Half Marathon race The city race (city districts: The Old City, Petržalka and Ružinov), hard surface (asphalt, concrete, pavement), with no larger inclines. The marathon runners are to run two laps. Fee (depends on the date of payment) * by January 31, 2011: € 25 * from February 1 to February 28, 2011: € 30 * from March 1 to March 27, 2011: € 40 Souvenirs - participation box - marathon bulletin - participation T-shirt (marathon and half marathon runners will get a functional NIKE T-shirt) - race number - free admission to a pasta party - refreshment on the race and in the finish - medal when finishing in the time limit (except of hobby run and kids run where there is no time limit) - other benefits connected to the event which we will inform you about - SMS with your result (if the runner writes their cell phone number when applying online) by the disciplines with time chip measurement - online certificate (you can download it from our website) by the disciplines with the time chip measurement Time measurement and placing of the scoring chips The time measurement is provided by VOS-TPK by the time chips (except of the kids runs). The runners are obliged to place the chip on their ankle. The runners will use passive chips from the company RFID Race Timing System. A running performance without a working and right placed chip will not be measured and evaluated! Unless the participant returns the chip they take due note of the fact the organizer BE COOL, Ltd. has a right to demand the 20€ penalty. Time limit: 5.00 hours – marathon (limit on 21.098km is 2:30 hours) Age limit: 18 years (the year of birth 1993 and older) – marathon, half-marathon |
