- We'll jog to Orczy kert, arriving by 6PM for the training.
The practice will be about 1.5 hours: 20.min worm-up, 40.min running training, 15.min legs+abs exercises, + 15.min stretching.
The 40.minute running training: 5x 1km.
Minimum pace required 7,5 mins/ km. The earlier you finish, the more time you have to rest, stretch, freshen up until the next round. One 'round' is 2x 500m laps.
